The essence of Scortis lies in its manufacturing division, Elcon, a State-of-the-art multi Product and fully automated cGMP facility located at RIICO Industrial Area, Bindayaka-Jaipur (Raj.). Our new generation production lines comprises the Fluid Bed Processor (FBE-125) of Pam glatt Germany, Fully automated Capsule filling machines (AF-40T & SA-9).

We are also equipped with a modern-air conditioning AHU's that ensure optimum temperature, moisture and Pressure conditions in the plant making as many as 30 air changes per hour, thereby maintaining a steady production friendly environment. Our Beta Lactam and Non Beta Lactam Tablets and Capsules are Provided with a Separate production line. The Plant has been the recipient of the GMP certification awarded  by FDA and has been approved by Russian Health Ministry for the manufacture and export of 10 Products to RUSSIA.

The company displays its total commitment to the environment by means of adopting appropriate waste management systems and checks and controls to minimize environmental emissions. Adequate safety measures are also taken in the plant.
